This is a short clip from a longer video. I believe this was filmed in Turkey by some young people looking around an abandoned school building. If you will bother to notice, the figure is headless, and none of the people there react. Yes, ghosts can and do appear like that at times. It sounds as though none of you have any field experience with this subject. There is more to investigation than videos on the computer. Get out and actually go on a serious investigation.
